V.M.C.
The Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC) is constituted for the general supervision and day to day management of the school. Its main objectives are as follows: -
| 1. | To exercise control over the expenditure of the school. |
| 2. | To exercise general supervision over the proper running and functioning of the Vidyalaya. |
| 3. | To offer suggestions to improve the functioning of the Vidyalaya in all aspects. |

V.M.C. MEETING Date of last VMC meeting on 10-08-2009 1. The Principal apprised the members about the very good academic performance of the students in AISSE/AISSCE and Home Examination Honorable Chairman and all the members expressed their views with the words of appreciation. 2. The members were informed about the numbers of admission done till date and final date up to which admission can be done as the vacancies in different sections still exist. 3. The members were informed about the ongoing construction works of the Additional Block, sports field development and special repair of staff quarters. The members were informed about the details. The worthy Chairman agreed to take round to see the construction work after the meeting. The raising of boundary wall height was again discussed. The APPWD will be asked for the same to prepare the proposal. The development of children park along with Road Sign was suggested by one of the member of VMC. The Vidyalaya is eager that it is to be done at the earliest. After preparation of proposal, it will be send to the competent authority for further necessary action. 4. Procurement of furniture etc for different deptt will be made, once the new building is completed and handed over. 5. The main purpose of the meeting was the approval of the SF and VVN Budget. The budget was discussed in length, after miner amendment, the budget was approved and passed by the VMC. 6. As discussed in the last meeting, the introduction of NCC in the Vidyalaya. One of the member suggested introduction of Air Wing of NCC. Other members also approved the proposal. The proposal will be send to Assam Directorate, Guwahati for the implement after discussion. 7. The member secretary. The Principal of the Vidyalaya requested the Chairman to provide Transport from Air Force, Digaru for security reasons for different Educational excursion programme. The worthy Chairman pleased the house and was kind enough to approve the request by raising thumb |
